This website and online store are operated by Venturi Sciences L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence 2527424.01 and holding Tax Registration Number 104865438600003. In these Terms of Service, "Venturi", "we", "us" and "our" mean Venturi Sciences L.L.C-FZ. "You" means the person accessing the site or placing an order.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Product Disclaimer, which are each incorporated into these Terms by reference, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use this site and when you buy from us.

Please read them carefully. They include important provisions on product safety, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law. By visiting, interacting with or ordering from this site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years of age, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to place an order. Venturi products are not intended for sale to or use by persons under 18. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment and delivery details. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you are authorised to provide it. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

Venturi products are food supplements and functional beverages. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Our Product Disclaimer sets out the directions for use, dosage limits, allergen position and the circumstances in which you should take medical advice before use. You must read it before using any Venturi product, and it forms part of these Terms.

The product label is the authoritative source of ingredient, allergen and nutritional information for each product, and prevails over any description on this site.

We have made every effort to represent our products accurately, but colours and appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or match how it is depicted online. Product descriptions may change without notice, and we may discontinue a product or limit the quantities available to any person, address or jurisdiction.

Venturi products are registered for sale in the United Arab Emirates with Dubai Municipality through the Montaji platform, and are sold in line with applicable UAE food and labelling requirements. We currently sell and deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and have received and processed your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate a cancellation once an order has been accepted and dispatched. Where we decline, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address or telephone number given at the time of the order.

Your purchases are subject to return, replacement or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under applicable UAE law.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale, wholesale or export, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams and are inclusive of UAE Value Added Tax at 5% where applicable, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay, are also subject to VAT at 5%, and the VAT is included in the amount shown. A tax invoice is available on request.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation. Promotions may carry their own terms, which prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information, and to keep it up to date. You confirm that the payment details you provide are true and complete, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or other events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are handed to the carrier. This does not affect your rights in respect of products that are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Information on this site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information or cancel an order where any information was inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. Where we cancel an order on this basis and payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

This site and its contents, including all trade marks, brand names, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of them, are owned by Venturi Sciences L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the United Arab Emirates and by international treaty.

These Terms permit you to use the site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the site without our prior written consent. "Venturi", "System 001" and our logos and slogans are trade marks of Venturi Sciences L.L.C-FZ and may not be used without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The site may give you access to tools, content or hyperlinks provided by third parties, which we neither control nor monitor. These are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty, representation, condition or endorsement of any kind, and we accept no liability arising from your use of them. Any use is entirely at your own risk. Please review the third party's own terms and policies. Complaints or claims about third-party products and services should be directed to that third party.

Venturi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide this site and store to you. Any sale or purchase you make in our store is made directly with Venturi Sciences L.L.C-FZ. By using the site you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Venturi, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Venturi.

Personal information collected through the site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's privacy policy. By using the site you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

If you submit any idea, suggestion, review, proposal or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial use.

You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights in your Feedback, that you have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with it, and that it complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it. We may, but need not, edit or remove Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, misleading or otherwise objectionable. You may not submit Feedback that infringes any third party's rights, that contains malicious code, or that misrepresents who you are. You are solely responsible for the Feedback you submit and for its accuracy.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not use it: for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to breach any applicable law or regulation; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate or harm any person; to transmit false or misleading information; to send unsolicited advertising or spam; or to impersonate any person or entity.

You further agree not to: upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code; reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell or resell any part of the site; collect or track the personal information of others; phish, pharm or pretext; use any robot, spider, scraper, data-extraction tool, automated process or agentic AI tool to access the site other than as permitted in section 14; or interfere with, bypass or circumvent any security or access-control measure. We may suspend, disable or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have breached any part of these Terms.

This section applies where you use, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access or interact with the site. "Agent" means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, a person or entity and that can execute without direct supervision.

No Agent may access or interact with the site unless it identifies itself and operates in accordance with this section at all times, and no Agent may do so where we have asked it to refrain. We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how any Agent accesses the site. Agents must: (i) identify in every HTTP/HTTPS request that the request comes from an Agent, by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that the interaction is automated, including by mimicking human interaction patterns or by completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or other measures intended to distinguish human from automated use; (iii) answer truthfully any prompt seeking to determine whether the interaction is human or automated; and (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit or control automated access.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the site at our discretion at any time and without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual property, Reviews and feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and entire agreement, Assignment, Governing law and jurisdiction, and Personal information, together with any other provision that by its nature should survive.

Information on this site is provided for general information only. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk. Statements about hydration, electrolytes, magnesium, creatine or performance describe the product category and the reasoning behind our formulations. They are not medical advice and are not a promise of any particular result for any individual.

Except as expressly stated by us, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and all products offered through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant that your use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the United Arab Emirates, Venturi Sciences L.L.C-FZ, its partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors, and those of Shopify and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profit, revenue, savings, data or business opportunity, or for the cost of substitute goods, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the site or of any product bought through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where we are found liable notwithstanding the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of the United Arab Emirates, including under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Venturi Sciences L.L.C-FZ, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any loss, damage, liability or claim, including reasonable legal fees, payable to a third party and arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms or of any document incorporated into them, (2) your breach of any law or of the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the site.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, although a failure to notify promptly will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defence and settlement of a claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but will not settle a claim requiring a non-monetary obligation from you without your consent, which is not to be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate in the defence of an indemnified claim.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be severed. Such a determination does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreement, communication or proposal, whether oral or written, including any previous version of these Terms. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not delegate, transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void. We may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent.

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreement under which we provide products to you, are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You and Venturi Sciences L.L.C-FZ submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of their country of residence, or of the right to bring a complaint before the UAE Ministry of Economy or the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai.

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at jackson@venturi-ae.com and we will try to resolve it directly. Consumers in the United Arab Emirates may also raise a complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy through the consumer protection service on 600 522 225 or at consumerrights.ae.

Headings are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of them by posting the change here. It is your responsibility to check periodically. We will notify you of any material change in accordance with applicable law, and the change will take effect on the date specified. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
