I started trying to change myself.
Whilst doing so, I went all in and quit my job to take on a broken industry.
THE REALISATION
The supplement industry is flawed..
FLAW 01
Electrolytes were overpriced.
I have seen first hand how much the raw materials cost. On my weight loss journey, I quickly realised brands' margins were monster and mostly pumped back into marketing budgets rather than innovation. So I set out to make a better product at a fairer price.
FLAW 02
Every electrolyte formula was the same: sodium, magnesium citrate, potassium.
All the formulas are the same. They use the same ingredients, make the same claims, and offer little to no value to the consumer for a ridiculous price.
FLAW 03
Influence is being abused.
These days, it's influencers and people who abuse their own communities to sell products with a white-label formula or a formula with ingredients that are built for margin, not for the people they're trying to serve.
FLAW 04
Salt is pushed as the most important electrolyte.
In fact, the data shows the vast majority of us get way too much salt. It is important, but brands that are pushing 1,000 mg+ either don't understand the science or are just trying to claim their superiority because they have a higher sodium number. In fact, it's actually going to hurt the majority of people using it and their performance.

I decided enough was enough. I thought I could do something about it, so I did.

30+ industry problems found
Cheap and useless ingredients are so common. The industry has cut so many corners, yet grossly overcharges for products that do nothing for you. I knew I could do better.
85 formula rebuilds
Although, it was probably a mistake, I took so long on our flavours. I actually tried roughly 240 samples and rebuilt 6 formulas over 10 times. I am a true believer that our products had to do the talking. So I needed to get it right.
100+ sleepless nights
Tired. Stressed but excited. There is so much on the line for me with Venturi if I am honest. I was about to quit on several occasions because of the stress it was causing. Building this business has been the hardest thing I have ever done. I knew I had to push on, if I didn't, I know it'd have been a "what if" moment.
1 bank account drained
I quit my stable job. Went all in on this business. I worked incredibly hard for that job too. I truly believe the gap in the market for our brand is a big one. I had to take the risk.
