How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 12 hours, seven days a week. WhatsApp is the quickest of the two.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Across the United Arab Emirates. Next-day is free on orders of AED 300 or more and AED 18 below that, ordered by 7pm, to all seven emirates.
Same-day is AED 25 and covers Dubai only, ordered by 2pm.
We do not ship outside the UAE at the moment. The full terms are in the shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the link to activate.
Something arrived damaged. What do I do?
Message me within 30 days with your order number and a photo or video of the item. You do not need to send it back, and this applies to every order you place.
What is your returns policy?
Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded within 30 days on any order, with nothing to send back.
If it is your first Venturi order and you change your mind, any box you have not opened can come back within 30 days. The refund policy has the full terms.
Is there a phone line?
No. WhatsApp is the phone line, and it reaches me directly rather than a call centre.
